*** We cannot thank you enough for this match. She was very intelligent and honest with us throughout this entire journey. The fact is that the housing market was so hot (esp. with COVID). We had planned a weekend to house-hunt, and before we knew it every home was under contract. All we had to do was just get to FL ourselves to start the process of purchasing a home. We noticed the night before our flight, that the home we really wanted - that all offers had to be in by noon - the very next day! We couldn't get to FL fast enough. So, the evening before our flight, Teresa went across town for us, on a Friday evening, to do a walk-through of her own to check-out the house for any red flags (for any damage, smells, etc.). She was honest and told us of items she would have us reconsider. The main one being, the factor of privacy. We were coming from downtown Baltimore City, and against her warning, we decided privacy wasn't an issue at all in the home, and in fact we were delighted with the light open concept of the home's interior. We slept on the idea of this home, and fell asleep with a number in our head on which to offer the seller. The very next morning we woke up, called Teresa, and gave her our offer. Teresa told us that the number was fair and a strong one, we really wanted this house! Teresa also explained that unfortunately, we were bidding against 4-5 other offers. Just a few hours later, we were so fortunate that our offer had been accepted!!!!!!!! We were so grateful to have Teresa in our corner. She was very quick, and took control when we needed her too. She helped us as soon as she was assigned to us. The week leading up to house hunting, she would send us homes that she thought might fit us, however the market was still blowing up and most homes went under contract before we could even get there. Ultimately, we landed in FL with an amazing realtor in our corner, an offer that had already been accepted, she still took us house-hunting to view the remaining homes (for comparison reasons), then the very last day of our house hunting trip, we were present at our very own home inspection! The home inspection went great, and it just confirmed that it really was an excellent home. Throughout our house purchasing journey, Teresa was very supportive, flexible, and quick!
